Verified transcripts and other academic records are now available to Oglethorpe students and alumni through a convenient online tool from the National Student Clearinghouse called Myhub.
The has launched the free and secure online application accessible through the Oasis student portal or at for alumni.
Myhub provides access to verified education records from Oglethorpe and any other institutions participating in Myhub where students or alumni have an academic record.

Myhub鈥檚 self-service features include being able to鈥�
- Download and print enrollment verification, and 鈥済ood student discount鈥� certificates
- Order transcripts
- Order and share digital diplomas 鈥� institutionally validated and digitally secure 鈥� via CeDiploma庐 from Paradigm, Inc. (This feature is available only to students who graduated OU Fall 2023 and beyond.)
Myhub will provide Oglethorpe students and alumni lifetime access to their complete academic record of enrollment and degrees earned from participating institutions. This immediate online access will continue throughout your academic and professional career.
