Welcome Weekend at Oglethorpe is not complete until first-year students have a chance to give back to their new community,
For the 15th consecutive year, the Orientation Day of Service took freshmen to locations around Atlanta to volunteer their time to help others. In 2019, close to 400 students participated at one of 15 locations. Each location was organized by a student leader and staff from聽Civic Engagement.
