The Flagship Session is designed to bring together Chi Omegas from all generations, backgrounds, and leadership experience. Participants focused on聽understanding their own strengths and learning to leverage them through an individual strengths assessment. Workshop topics included how to be a resilient leader, exploring life balance, building authentic relationships, and leading with values.

鈥淭he experience was life changing,” Roberts said. “I learned so much about my leadership strengths and my sisterhood as well as myself! I鈥檓 so grateful to be part of an organization as amazing as Chi Omega.鈥
